London, UK – February 27, 2017 – 97ɫɫӰԺ has today announced that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement with MTEC Mechanical Testing Services, an independent metallurgical testing facility in Houston, TX, USA.
Under the terms of the purchase agreement, MTEC test equipment and employees will be integrated within 97ɫɫӰԺ’s flagship Oil & Gas Materials Technology Center located adjacent to the Houston energy corridor.
